If the ordered item is in stock, it will be meticulously packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 working day. In cases where some ordered items are not in stock, we will initiate production and dispatch them within 3 working days of placing the order. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed under such circumstances.

Our dedicated courier partners handle deliveries between Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Please note that delivery times exclude public holidays and Sundays. Factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays by our courier partners or transporters due to weather conditions and strikes, may affect delivery times.
